NUKIT (Pty) Ltd, Midrand, Gauteng ("NUKIT", "we") is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, business or area, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and your message. The pilot list form also records your answer about who you are (for example, shop owner).

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry or quote request.
For the SpazaPulse pilot list: to message you on WhatsApp about the pilot, if you ticked the consent box.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who receives it

Form submissions are emailed to NUKIT. Our website host and email provider process the information on our behalf. [Confirm host and email provider names, and whether any processing happens outside South Africa.]

How long we keep it

[Confirm retention period, for example enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 12 months.]

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies or run analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads. [Remove this line if fonts are self-hosted.]
